Every year around this time, people begin to do two things. One is to make plans for the money they will receive from their tax returns and make all of their New Years resolutions. These two things are sure to be going on as I speak in many if not most households. However, I try to shy away from both. Why? Because I was always taught to never count your chicken before they hatch and because I try to live in the present. You will lose your mind waiting and anticipating something that you want to happen but have no control over. Child I know some people that have so many plans for 2012 but are at a stand still right now. What is really going on?
When God calls you to action, he isn't telling you to wait a couple of week and or months, he means NOW!!! If there is something that you want to do, there is nothing wrong with putting it into action now. Life is not promised, so you should never act as though it is. Don't walk around claiming that 2012 is your year without acting in the present. My time is now, I pray that God allows it and me to continue on into 2012 because if it does.......... I will have a leg up on all of those who are waiting (lol). There is nothing wrong with claiming your victory ahead of time, but please don't neglect today, waiting on tomorrow. God has some great things left in 2011, so don't miss out on them.
